As meditation becomes more widely known, there is also an increasing number of possible interpretations. This has led to many misunderstandings. In this episode, we explore the question of what meditation is in its essence. Above all, how it is possible to create the full capacity to focus and at the same time the phenomenon of attention as a free-floating thing to be aware of the inner and outer surrounding to harmonise intention and attention. We will shed light on the myth that meditation is something to be achieved and explore on meditation as a natural state, which is the basis for creating a distance to external and internal side noises to have the full freedom to choose.
